Support and improve the delivery of bid services,
providing a central meeting point for people, allowing easy access to services
and resources.

Become a home for the expression, exploration,
representation and celebration of Deaf Culture.

Encourage Deaf people to come together from
different communities and share common experiences across all age ranges.

To be a social space but also a learning and skills
resource, a place to experience a variety of social, leisure, arts activities
and events.

To become a hub of Deaf Cultural activity,
supporting and developing Deaf Artists and Arts, showcasing new creative work
and offering opportunities for projects and skills to be developed.
The development of the centre will be shaped by
members of the Deaf Community. We are currently seeking expressions of interest
for feedback, ideas and projects from those interested in playing a key
part.
