New training opportunity in the Car Industry

Are you interested in a Career in the Car Industry?

 

If Yes, are you
·  unemployed?
·  deaf and aged 16 to 24 years old?
 
A new course is available to prepare you for employment, apprenticeships or further education in the car industry.
 
What will I learn?
You will receive expert teaching from industry experts, developing a wide range of skills including:
·  Light vehicle maintenance and repair
·  Basic auto electrics
·  Vehicle repair
·  Vehicle body finishing
·  Tyre fitting and customer care
 
How many hours study?
3 hours per week for 4 days per week
 
What will I achieve?
·  Level 1 Certificate or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Studies
·  Level 1 or above English, Maths and ICT
·  Employability Skills or Personal and Social Development
·  Level 2 Health and Safety
 
Training will take place at the Motor Vehicle Centre, Digbeth,Birmingham.  Travel expenses and a training allowance will be paid.
